The Undercover Agents is a real-life mystery experience where you solve a fictional crime case using clues, evidence files, reports, and interrogations.

You receive a case file filled with clues → analyze the evidence → connect the dots → unlock hidden information → solve the case.

Depends on the difficulty level of the case you are solving. Typically it takes 90-120 minutes to solve a case.

No you cannot return the case once it is delivered to you. However incase of any missing items you can contact us. Please refer to our refund and cancellation policies .

Both options work. You can solve it solo or turn it into a fun group activity.

Just your phone and curiosity. Everything else is inside the case file.

You can revisit the clues anytime, but the thrill of solving the mystery is strongest the first time. Once you uncover the truth… you can’t “un-know” it. However you can pass on the mission to anyone.

Each case will have the age limit mentioned in it. We are also planning to launch few kids versions.
